  I've never written one of these reviews before but feel compelled too because the staff at this place were really super efficient !! The lady on the phone was really helpful and the technician turned up promptly and was really knowledgable and he didn't overcharge me.

  Perfect service. Gave a 2-hour window the day before. Arrived and left within that window. Repairer was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He turned up with the correct part and resolved the problem. Cost was reasonable. Will be using them for all future services. Recommend 100%.

  I had an issue with my Omega oven. The service department via the telephone was a pleasure. Great customer service. Most importantly we has a service technician by the name of Keiran who was amazing. Punctual, friendly and professional. Breath of fresh air as these days good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you.

  Rude. Arrogant. Unprofessional staff in the office. Have no people/communication skills. Have no option to go elsewhere as it was a warranty for a fridge and where i bought it refer me to the brand of fridge who then refer me to this pathetic company. They text the night before not day before to give you a time bracket when they will arrive the next day. When u explain the houshold works and cant do during working hours. There whole i dont care attitude didnt sit well with me.. They dont come early times or after 430pm. They seem to have this you work around us attitude and dont consider people cant just go to work late or leave work to come come. I got better communication through the company i bought fridge from and the company that makes the fridge. Whats happened to good old fashioned politeness. These people in the office need to work in an industry that does not deal with customers because they certainly have no positive communication skills.
