  The seats are so comfortable and the cinema is always clean. I always pre buy my tickets because they are always sold out on a Friday and Saturday. Parking in P4 is easier to access the cinema. It's also really convenient for people with disabilities.

  Theater screen and reclining seats are nice, but unfortunately that is the only nice thing about this theatre or HOYTS. I tried to repeatedly book tickets online, but my card was declined and even my paypal account because "they don't take American cards". Please realize people from other countries do visit Australia and believe it or not want to see a movie sometimes. Now this would all be ok, but they DO NOT answer the phone so there is no way to make a booking this way. I had to hunt for their customer service number and was told the theater would call me back. Finally, I called them again after receiving no call and was lied to claiming that they had called previously and we didn't answer. I asked the customer service rep for a discount and she rudely rejected my request like I was asking her to murder someone. You'd think they would offer some free tickets as someone who has visited HOYTS regularly and always enjoyed my experience, but this recent interaction shows how little they care about the customer. I would strongly advise Australians to find a theatre with some decent customer service. I definitely will not be giving my money to this money hungry corporate pig of a company anymore.

  Much prefer Hoyts over Event Cinemas any day of the week. The recliners are very comfortable, the screens are clean, and there's plenty of space to walk down the aisles without climbing over everyone.

  Some of the cinemas here are the best I've found, with reclining chairs that are super comfy! I do feel like their prices are getting quite expensive, but it tends to even out when going on cheaper Tuesdays and to member movie sessions. Staff have been really nice during our last visits. We went to a Doctor Who premiere screening on Easter and it was fantastic! So much fun.
