  These guys made moving overseas a lot easier. Anne and all the staff were so helpful, polite and professional. I couldn't recommend them more. I had suitcases and canvass pictures to get back to the uk , timeframes and cost were clear and it's defiantly a lot cheaper then a lot of other places and paying the extra baggage on a flight!   I used King & Wilson to ship my furniture and housewares from New York to Sydney including large paintings and glass tables. They were prompt, the packers were fantastic and treated all my goods with utmost care. I was able to track my shipment easily which arrived on time and in excellent condition. When they delivered by shipment they were extremely fast, helpful, even assembled all the big items, took away empty boxes and paper including rug wrappings. They were so polite and courteous I couldn't believe it. Not a single item damaged. I recommend them highly. Such a difference to my experiences with other providers particularly Two Men and A Truck who treated me as a customer in the same way they treated my furniture - with a complete lack of care. They damaged most of my furniture didn't wrap anything in the covers they were provided, and almost all items arrived dirty or marked.

  Terrible service. Consistent over promising and undelivering. Inaccurate delivery info was given, late arrival of items, and poor correspondence. My consultant was Sarah Cortez and she did not have the decency to address my complaints. I doubt she even spoke to her manager about the issues I faced. She was pleasant on initial contact, but when challenges arose she started being difficult and tried to offload blame. I will not be using their services any further and would not recommend them to anyone.

  The office coordinator was phenomenal in explaining and facilitating the moving process. We took great comfort in her knowledge navigating us through a very stressful time! The overall experience was highly professional and efficient.
