  just got off the phone with a male person who didn't even bother to introduce himself, was rude and basically brushed my inquiry off . He asked what i was after n didnt even bother to let me finish when he cut me off n said "nah we dont have have any room" n shut the phone on me , was this because my name wasn't an english one?? Your service is crap and you need to learn how to treat people with RESPECT and not be so rude ..DO YOUR JOB

  I just got off the phone with Lisa and she was excellent. I know nothing about cold storage and she was very patient explaining how it all works and what they do.

  I spoke to a Lisa who promised to send me a quote. After 1 week I called in and she said she's forgotten about it. Another 1 week later and still haven't heard anything. Not sure if this company is a snub or just this individual and which I will be reporting to management. Very bad service and definitely not recommending.
